Army Security Agency 1961 - 1966. Top Secret Security Clearance.

    Honorable discharge.

 

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

 

Established own accounting practice in Sherman Oaks,                     

    California, at the age of 29.
Early specialization was in the entertainment industry

    including rock groups and their managers.
Diversified into other areas including service, retail,

    wholesale, construction and manufacturing.
Additional areas of interest evolved into consulting for new

    business start-ups and assistance to
    distressed companies, in turning their business around  

    toward success.
The consulting practice grew to a point where earning the

    designation of Certified Management
    Consultant was a natural outcome - January 1994.
